Do you take rush orders?
We do not. We process the orders for each custom water bottles in the order that they are received. Please don’t make rush gift order requests, as we cannot honor them.

How do you ship the product to me, and will I be notified when it ships?
We ship via USPS, and you will be notified at the email address that you provide when the product ships. All orders are shipped from Santa Ana, California. East Coast buyers should plan on a minimum of 4 business days of shipping time.

We ship heavy packages via Fed Ex Ground service. This has been extremely reliable for us. All packages must be signed for upon drop off, so please plan accordingly.

It is extremely important that you provide a correct email address
Email is our exclusive means of communication with you as a customer. As described above, we alert you to all shipping information via email. Customer Service and support is provided exclusively through email, so it is extremely important that you provide us with a correct email address.

Why do you only have email customer service support and no phone support?
We’ve priced our products very low, so that everyone can afford them. The downside of value pricing is that we cannot provide phone support for our product. The simple fact is that our customer service representatives can interact with customers far more rapidly via email, and that helps us keep our prices low and affordable to all. How do you keep prices so low?
We have focused the production process into steps with professionals completing each step of the process. We have an excellent production partner that does the manual production and shipping part of the process for us. This helps us to keep up with demand while keeping our costs super low. You may see the Frame My Photos name on emails or on the box when shipped as they are our partner in this process.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance ($1.65 – per $50.00 of products purchased). We have put a link right below each add to cart button, so that you can purchase insurance and be protected. The buyer is responsible for adding insurance before checking out. We cannot add insurance to your order after you’ve checked out. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping insurance would completely cover the replacement and shipping cost of your photo water bottle(s) were it to be lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival, and let us know within 7 days if any damage has occurred in shipment.

In order to provide the lowest possible prices and based on our custom photo water bottles being one of a kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns at this time.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We’re not in the office so we cannot respond to e-mails, ship products or produce photo gifts outside of our stated office hours. We are also unavailable on all federal and generally observed holidays.
